Adding Notes to Tasks
  To add a note to a task, first select the task. Once the task is selcted you can enter the tasks note view by 2 ways:
    1. - Right Click on the selected task for the task contextual menu to appear, now left click the notes selection.
    2. - Left Click on the right most column of the selected Task.
  Once you are in the task's notes view, you can add text, images, or tables from other applications by copying and pasting. Once you are done click the "OK" button.
  When a task has individual notes attached to it, a notes icon will appear on the right most column of the task's row.
